Morph(e)genesis
A journey through dirt and flesh, aiming for connection and realization of oneness.
During this lecture-performance, we explore how humans are made 'from and for the earth’, and how our bodies are made from the material of different galaxies.
We touch on the idea of a 'self-transforming brain’, the mind’s ability to re-wire the brain, and how this capacity can lead to an all-embracing self-transformation.
We feel the soil together, and welcome its influence on us.
Finally, we embody the impossibility of separating ourselves from the earth by testing the resistance of the symbolic unifier and life-giver, the umbilical cord.
This lecture-performance is an invitation to celebrate life as it is in the moment while remaining curious, connected, and available to experience metamorphosis of the brain, self, and surroundings.
